We have sent replacements for nearly all the Petzl GRIGRI 2 we have received. We have recently received a small number of Orange Petzl GRIGRI 2, which we are not able to replace immediately, with Orange ones.

We received additional stock this week, but no Orange (or lilac). We will be contacting anyone, who sent in an Orange Petzl GRIGRI 2, which has not yet been replaced, to if see either a Blue or a Grey one will be acceptable as a replacement. We hope to have stock of Orange Petzl GRIGRI 2 in the next couple of weeks.

Petzl understands that this is inconvenient and are working hard to ensure that everyone receives their replacement GRIGRI 2 as quickly as possible.
