It is unlikely that people are using these devices, but a US supplier of equipment for hunters have recalled carabiners made for them in China due to the pin coming out. The supplier is Hunter Safety System. www.hssvest.com As discussed on a previous thread, the manufacturer may be making equipment for other "brands", so it's worth having a look any newish biners for this problem.
