Couldn't find them for less than $11 but Mountain Tools have them for $11.25 (with the discount when you buy 10 or more.)

Even with postage and a bad paypal conversion, landed on my lap for $360 for 15 helium draws.
That's $24 a draw.

Or in other words very cheap if you take away the cost of the dogbone.
