Alo alo.
After being a tool and not having alot of money for the moment, I have self-diagnosed myself with tricep tendonitis...
Im seeing someone later this week hopefully to get a professional opinion on that but tricep tendonitis does seem to be it given that:
- It is near the elbow, on the inside, but not on the elbow itself and quite obviously on the tendon adjacent the elbow between it and the shoulder, and;
- It flares up with heavy, aggressive activity, such as poor-executed lock-offs of that (the right) arm, and it increases while resting then reduces after an hour or two...
Anyway I WILL get it professionally diagnosed but I was wondering what other peoples experiences are with similiar conditions, what helps, what doesnt... if they had something similiar that could be something to ask about when I go see a professional.. and also what opinions on osteos/physios in the Melbourne area are...
I was going to see Dr Michael Kostidis but he is around 60 or 70km from me.. I understand him to know quite a bit about climbing and I would like someone who knows climbing to see me but something closer would be nicer so wouldnt mind hearing some opinions on other osteos or physios in the areas, or even peoples opinions on physio vs osteo for an elbow/tendon issue?
