Hey all,
I've got a repetitive strain injury from work- the muscle/tendon/whatever between my thumb and elbow is really inflamed. Any lifting and even doing things like typing (I'm using my other hand right now!) aggrevates it. I haven't climbed in a week and I'm wondering if climbing will make it worse or not effect it? Also any advice for how to treat it would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

In reality the best thing to do is go see a physio, possibly Julian and get it looked at professionally. However, as I've recently run into this problem myself, what's being recommended is resting the arm for 6 weeks, combined so far with an exercise where my arm is supported on a table top and I lower my wrist (rotate downwards) while holding a 500g weight and use my other hand to raise the wrist afterwards (150 per day).
