There is something different about watching a close call, injury or risky situation versus the last moments of someone's life.

Hence, the only objection I have to this video is that it clearly states no one was hurt/killed yet that's obviously not the case. Through this false statement it effectively tricks people into watching something they may not want to see or be prepared to see. There's nothing particularly wrong with the content (although confronting for some) rather the way it's presented. If the title was accurate it wouldn't an issue as one has the opportunity to decide "do I want to watch this?"

I agree and I don't take issue with the footage being available but people also need the chance to make a somewhat informed decision about whether to watch or not. That's why certain content is limited (to account holders, ages etc) or carries a warning, just like on TV or sites like liveleak.
