Hey guys & girls!

Looking for climbers who wouldn't mind showing a beginner a thing or two. I've only recently (2 weeks ago) decided to start rock climbing even though i've been thinking about it for a while now. Went to Hardrock in Nunawading with a mate and loved it, bought my own harness and shoes pretty much the next day, haha.

I want to do all the big outdoor stuff, just not sure where to start with all the gear etc. I'm quite passionate about it and just want to meet some like-minded people. I'm easy going and relaxed.

I'm based in South-East melb, 5 minutes drive from Hardrock nunawading.

I'm currently working as a communcations rigger so i climb and wear a harness everyday at work, work with ropes and knots so i'll learn quick.

Slaving away at work!

Hi,
My name is Jo and I am also looking for someone to climb with on a regular basis.
I am on the other side of the city but do go to both Hardrock Nuna and City on a regular-ish basis (also Geelong and Altona), climbing at least once a week for the last 12 months, more often if i can.

When climbing regularly, I am comformatble at 16 and still working on technique up to that level. I am doing an outdoor trip with the Geelong group in early Dec and can give you the details if you are interested. Drop me a line if you would like to and good luck.

Regards Joanne
