Two climbers are looking for one more.
One room in a four bedroom house in Heidelberg. 2mins walk from station.
270/month + share of bills.
Must be willing to spend hours walking into remote cliffs in the Grampians and belaying for days on end.

What the hell are you renting, a cardboard box?? Though, Melbourne's probably cheap 'cause the biggest crag in 50km is Burnley Wall :-) On the other hand, when aaah was young (I'd stroke my beard here but I am clean shaven to try and look younger), cardboard box was considered luxury, not to mention having to lick Blue Mountains clean every morning with tongue...

Luxury! When I was young I used to have to climb at the bottom of the sea. Played havoc with the chalk bag.

Chalk! CHALK!?! Wheeeen AAAYE was but a weee lad, we had to crush a mouthful of rocks with our teeth to turn 'em in to dust to use as chalk and it was considered aid if you did it before you got on the climb, was quite the challenge choosing which holds to bite off and which holds you needed to climb with.

I think this thread is a prime example of the resemblance of Chockstone to The Bald Soprano ...

How many established routes does the house have? have they been retrobolted? Have they ever been
done on sight? What's the house ever done on grit?
