Seeking climbing partner starting Jan 4 2008 to climb in Tasmania. I will be in Hobart on Jan 4 2008. I have rope and full climbing rack. I lead climb grades up to 18.

Cell Phone or text message: 61421844987

I've climbed in Austraila for the past three weeks. In Arapiles, Grampions, and Moonarie.

My home town is Boulder CO USA.

Just out of interest, what were some of the climbs you liked (or didn't) at the places above?

Moonarie could have been warm?

Hi, I have a group of people climbing around Hobart at the time but we're a bit tight on space in the
vehicle. Will you have any transport?

Arapiles is great. All of the star climbs are worth doing. I climbed over 45 routes. One of my favorites was the Watchtower Crack. Kachoong was great as well.

Moonarie was good. We only climbed at Moonarie for two days. The first day was warm the second day was cool. We were able to get in 5 routes. I highly recommend Downwind of Angles.

Grampions was ok. We climbed in the Stapylton Amphitheatre area. Simpleton is similar to Watchtower Crack. Trident was great.

Mitre Rock was ok. We climbed some obscure stuff in the shade. All of the routes that we did were stiff for the grade or maybe it was just us.

Hope this helps,
Cheers,
Byron
