I'm taking my leave of the gippsland valley and moving onwards. I've thought of moving into or around the Grampians so that I could really focus on climbing for a season. What could be suggested as a good township to live and work in, around or very near to the Gramps?

What sort of work do you want to do? Do you people to climb with?
The metropolis of Stawell is 20km from Halls Gap...
Horshum is pretty close to the northern gramps - maybe 30km?

There seems to be a variety of work around in both Horsham and Stawell at the moment, both are within 1/2 hour of Stapylton. Great in daylight saving as you can access it easily after work.
Send me a PM if you are keen to discuss further...

I am looking at getting some kind clerical office work or hospitality work.
I'm not opposed to labor but that usualy takes all the spring out of my walk by the time I clock off. Preferably a day job as I have been working evenings/nights lately.
I do have my girlfriend as my climbing partner but she isn't as enthusiastic about climbing as I am; a good partner, or at least somewhere I can find one, would be more then welcome.
