Climbing trip to Australia Feb - May

Hey everyone!

I'm going to be traveling from the US to do a bit of climbing between February and May. I'll probably have about 2 weeks in mid February and every weekend in March to climb in the Blue Mountains. Then I will be headed to Arapiles for all of April.

I'm bringing a rope and rack, so the only missing part of the equation is a climbing partner! If anyone wants to get together and climb, or knows someone who does let me know. I'm excited to get on the legendary rock Australia has to offer!

Also, I'll be selling my gear for cheap before flying home, so let me know if you might be interested in that let me know too!

April is prime Grampians season - you can't climb in Australia and not go to Taipan Wall!

Hi Rudi, I'll be available all weekends in March and am looking for a climbing partner with gear (see my other post), so hopefully let's get in touch in a few weeks!

You won't have any trouble finding a partner at Araps. Just turn up and chat to people in the campground.

If you want to go to the nearby grampians then don't get your hopes up too much. Everything in the Northern grampians was burnt last week, and currently almost the entire park is closed. Keep an eye on the cliffcare website for updates as stuff is opened again (I guess the southern gramps will be first, northern gramps could be some considerable time.)

Just note that much of the Grampians MAY be closed when you come. I'd plan to go to Araps.
