Hi there,
I would like to go a climbing trip in VIC this month and looking for a climbing partner(s). My schedule is flexible, just want to go somewhere to climb asap. I havent climbed in the last 2 months because of travelling all around and getting crazy without climbing :) i have my harness and shoes with me, no car. My grades are not high now cause lack of climbing, would be 16-18 in the beginning but can reach 21 when active. I have done mainly sport but started trad climbing this year and took also multipitch course but havent put my learning in practice yet :)

Im staying in a hostel and cant wait to get out of here next to nature. Im interested in all visits in any rocks anytime, so please contact me soon!

Send me email sirja.salminen at gmail dot com.

Cheers
Sirja

Start at Arapiles without a doubt.

Hundreds of fantastic climbs and all very accessible. plenty of opportunity to meet other climbers and find partners. No car is needed. Lifts into town for food restock is easy from other climbers. Trad here is easy.

If you have the time simply train/bus or catch a ride out ther.

The Grampians and Mt Buffalo don't have the same opportunities to meet other climbers and aren't as user friendly. For both having a car is all but essential. Trad climbing in the Grampians and Mt Buffalo is hard and less forgiving.
