Hey, I'm looking for anyone heading out over the uni break which runs until late July to Arapiles/Grampians and who wouldn't mind a keen seconder to come along. The winter doesn't bother me too much. I don't have any transport unfortunately but I travel light!

I'll still be juggling with a part time job but it can be flexible depending on the plans and with enough notice. I have a rope I can bring along also.

If you're timing yourself with the uni breaks, then I'd recommend looking up a few of the uni groups (LUMC, MBOC, MUMC or ROC) either directly, or on Facebook. There are usually some keen participants who are usually strapped for rope/rack...

Ill be heading down on the 1st july with two others so there'll be 3 of us- go figure- until some others turn up a week later or so so if you're around the pines you could track us down

see you soon chris!

gwil, that's a good idea actually I'll have a look around if nothing else comes up.

naw- yeh sounds good, I'll see if I can manage some time off work and find my way over somehow, send me a PM a bit closer to the date so I know you'll be there. You'll be around for about two weeks?

What's the pines like around wintertime? pretty dead or are there usually a few hanging around?

Lookout for the not-surprising appearance of widewetandslippery at that time of year...
