On my travels, originally from Wales, UK. Arrive on Dec 19th and have 5 weeks in OZ. Want to climb Blue mountains, then Arapilies and Grampians. Have a full rack of gear and 60m rope - just need a person! Can lead climb Fr6a(+on a good day) however will be in Krabbi for 3 months so hope to improve! Climbing at HVS 5a now (British). Need someone with transport also - not asking much, and probably way too much notice - maybe I'll remind you closer to the time - but some contacts anyway would be great. Cheers. Francesca.

For anyone not familiar with the vagaries of the UK grading system, HVS translates as anything from 16-20 depending on the type of climbing and how good the pro is. F6a+ is around 19/20 I think.

Hey, stUK - me too.
drop me a line if you're in grit territory. I may be here longer than anticipated, 'cos I think my return flight to OZ just expired

a bunch of people here get out to the Gramps / Araps on the weekends (& weedays also). Drop another note here closer to the time & I'm sure you will find people to climb with. Otherwise just go to the Pines (Araps) - plently of permanent 'residents' there over summer.
