Hi guys,

Photographer looking for a few climbers to spend some days with in the Blue Mountains (or anywhere else you recommend) I have been in the BM a few times before but am not as locally known as I am sure other people are.

I am looking for a few (2-4) people who are willing to share their weekend with a Sydney-based photographer.

I am personally more into mountaineering and alpinism (AD+/M6+/7500m) but have always loved rock climbing as a method of great training.

I am now doing an article of climbing/bouldering in Australia and NZ for a European outdoor magazine (and probably for portfolio too)

I have got a car and will probably have room for 2-3 others in the car (from Sydney) sharing the cost.

I expect to drive up after work hours (15ish) on friday and back home during sunday arvo.

If you have the time and are interested get in touch

Why don't you just head down to a popular crag like Shipley on saturday morning - introduce yourself to the many climbers, take some photos and then you can probably arrange with the same climbers for a more 'staged' shoot at a more exotic location on the sunday.

As I wrote: I am open for suggestions of any kind... any specific crags or routes you will recommend as specially scenic?

I would give High Tension at Zap crag a go....it is long and atmospheric with a nice capping roof and has a good photo ledge off to the side.
