Nice. Since it was a FFA - wouldn't the original Aid route name stand?

IMO the original route name should always be used.
in this instance the route didn't have a name, only the formation. given that there are two more amazing routes waiting to be done (hows that for giving away beta!!), we figured ultimately it will ease the confusion of whats what. the climb is The Last Post, on the Second Pillar of Hercules.
kind of like an old school mountaineering route might just be the south face of Rum Doodle, then it gets a specific name, i.e. Binders Butterballs as more routes go up.

Thanks for the clarification sliamese, wasn't aware the original aid line wasn't named...
I think the involved approach might just keep those other two lines safe for a little while yet. ;-)
