lost snowshoes - Razorback

Hi . I've just come back from Mt. Feathertop - minus a pair of Bogong -hired snowshoes which fell off my pack somewhere between the Federation hut site and 5km towards Dimentina hut.
I know that this is a long shot, but if anyone's going up that way and finds an old red pair of snowshoes,
please contact me.
There will be a reasonable reward.

How were you getting around without them on? Were you on skis or was the snow that poor now?

No, I was using crampons - the snow was pretty firm and slightly icey.

The 4 and a half hour trek up Feathertop was a killer. The snow wasn't poor, quite the opposite actually, crampons would have come in quite handy though...

Good on Andy and JohnK for trekking through the aweful conditions back to Hotham on Sunday!
