Courtesy of an 8m (almost) groundfall - caught at 7m then rope stretch to the ground!
By my partner on Friday arvo, the wire's a #7 BD stopper, fairly welded in!
Good luck to anyone attempting to get it out

Yea after you guys told us on Friday night we tried on Saturday. Couldn't budge it even with
a lot of force and a nice big rock. Gave myself a fat blood blister in the process too!
Bloody nice climb though.

I imagine there's alot of force in an 8 metre fall..
Worth a shot at getting out though!
Hope your hand's recovered :D

we were climbing the nice orange wall right of Beelzebub on sunday, on our way past we noticed the
unnecessary fixed gear, it took under a minute to remove, luckily without any personal injury.
Oh and sabu..... next time try a nut tool instead of a rock !

Maybe the nut AKA 'unnecessary fixed gear' was actually loosend by previous attempts to remove it..? Hmm? Maybe? No?

Sometimes the time of day and temperature of the rock can make a difference as to how stuck a piece is too.

A person who has trouble keeping his fingers out of the way of a rock that his other hand is swinging !

But hey, all that blood sweat & tears must have loosened it for me, that and of course the exact time of
day and temperature of the rock was crucial to us to being able to get it out.
we could never have retrieved it, had it not been for all the skill that went into loosening it so expertly.

Oh, here we go again. Mr Pro know it all. How about just returning the gear and being humble?

Nah, I climbed with him for a few days at araps 10yrs ago and had quite a good time, learned a few tricks too. Unfortunately the old bombski seems to have seriousafied since then, he's blocked my posts out after some smart arse comment of mine pissed him off.

Anyway, all that's beside the point. Getting stuck wires out is a game to be played, just like climbing or anything else blokes do to show who has the biggest dick. Sabu couldn't get the wire and Bomski could, therefore Sabu should be prepared to cop a bit of spray and show respect to the person who has just proved their superior dick magnitude.

I don't think there is any dispute as to his dick magnitude.

Mr Pro. are you sulking again? Weren't able to show your mucho self to anyway over the weekend?
Didn't get to glorify yourself enough recently?

You're like the school bully who doesn't have any friends and lashes out to make himself feel better.

Dick Magnitude? Better? Not if you don't know what to do with it... you're just waving it around like a
baton. No girl's going to come near you! More like a freak.

No way. Its Friday afternoon. The weather has been bad. No matter how good your weekend is come monday you will be providing your time for a stipend to someone elses greater profit and your life will suck (unless you're going on an island holiday) for another week.

I want to read some hate!
