Climbed past a clutch of brown and white speckled eggs in a nest deep in the crack on pitch 2 of Vandal yesterday (15/10), suspect they were falcon eggs. Don't know if this is a regular nesting spot to avoid but probably should be for some weeks to come. Also Araps is beautiful at the moe and the greenest i've ever seen it with lots of flowing creeks and flowers, but also mega mosquito breeding so don't forget the aeroguard!

The rain has made evening green and it's also made quite a few things that were stable a bit loose. More care than usually needed seems wise. For instance, on ordinary trees yesterday a large toaster sized block almost trundled off with barely a touch. It's been relocated to a more stable location.

Seems to also be a falcon nest at the top of Orestes/ plimsoll line. Bees are back at the hole on collision course, although I don't know if this is new. Araps is looking amazing and the birds and bees (and mozzies) are loving it.

There were very few bees on collision course 2 days ago, and quite a few dead ones below the hole. There is some type of cloth stuffed into the hive pocket, and the activity of bees was the lowest I have seen. Doing Collision course wasn't a problem.
