Bad rap bolt on Honeycomb rap station |

The right bolt at this rap station slides in and out over 1cm. The nut is fixed tight and cannot be tightened further, and it is the threaded part of the bolt that can be moved back and forward. The nut on the left anchor also protrudes more than I would expect a well placed expansion bolt to. Sorry if this is repeating what is known, but I couldn't see any reference to it searching here.

That's wot makes it sport climbing influenza does it not?
Wots with the ongoing proliferation of rap routes at Araps? Have the bolting fairies finally gained supremacy over the trads?
At least the trads would be half happy that the rap is now sporting in their terminology?

There was some discussion about this somewhere but I can't find it either. A couple of people have had a look at it and while it's unlikely to fail it does need replacing. Removing this type of bolt is a real pain though. I'm hoping someone more technically competent than me will do the job and do it as tidily as possible.
