Hi, what I want to know is who, if anyone, sent the line on the car park facing side of the stranger stone at the main group? Its not listed in any guide I can find. It used to have a loose but juggy flat hold half way up (till I stood on it while rap inspecting the line and broke it off) and has had a glue in carrot in it at some point that someone has removed (possibly because the jug was loose). My guess is a local hard man sent it loose holds and all, then decided it was a bit dicey and pulled the bolt. Ray Fenton perhaps? Anyone know, would love to find out, cheers.

The other option was that a power drill was used to place the bolt and hence it was removed. I seem to remember reading in a guide something along those lines being the ethic of the area.

Local hard man?
That'd be Eduardo.
No, wait.
Sorry.
He is the soft man, though has been known to have hard days.
Carry on.

PS; Try PM'ing stugang as he might know, though lately he goes by the moniker of Jayford4321.
