Just a quick query...
Was at Blue Tongue Boulders last weekend and noted a climb between Shades Of Michelangelo and Drun as a skunk. It had two bolts and a little roof just below the first. The first bolt had red tape on it (very faded), i prosume this means a project...
Just curious as to whether it had been sent, taped for another reason (hollowish flake?), or given up upon (for the tape had been noted on a previous visit quite a while ago)?
Anyone know whos project, or whether its open?
Cheers Justin

Alex Wilson, an Outdoor Ed. student at La Trobe, Bendigo bolted it and I thought had climbed it. It is a
reach problem, underclinging off the small roof for the flake. I tried it many years ago and always came
up a few centimetres short. Once the flake is reached the climbing is reasonable. Alex is much taller
than me and a much better climber so he should have found it straight forward. Alex has done quite a few
first ascents in the area recently.

Any route descriptions available? It will probably be a couple of years before the next edition of the NW Vic guide comes out, but it doesn't hurt to have things in too early.
