I am heading off for a few days in November to climb in Nowra. Just wanting some suggestions on the best climbs (preferably top ropping) in the 18-23 range..

Unless you have a leader to set up a toprope you will be restricted to the Decent Gully Wall at Thompsons Point and possibly Hospital Rocks(?). Im sure some people will point out exceptions but the general rule is that you cannot access the top of the Nowra cliffs. If you can lead first then set up a toprope then there is an absolute plethora of routes; here is a short and definitely not exhaustive list of 2/3 star routes (all of these routes can be toproped once you get someone to lead them first):
Samurai Pizza Cats 18
Diddy Kong 18
Gunbarrel Highway 19
Vanderholics 19
Orca or Corca 18 (The one that goes straight up without the silly traverse at the top)
Up the Alley 21
Tinman 21
Renovators Dream 22
Broken and Barbed 20
Still Life 23
The Other White Meat 22
Avocado Queens of Death 23
Jester 19
If you can lead then the list of classics more than doubles. Nowra is the home of wussy sport climbing - if the bolts are more then 7.5 inches apart then it is classed as a death lead. Most routes can be dogged quite easily.
If you can I definitely suggest bringing a pair (your courage) and leading!

M9 has a good point, The Point is a great place to top rope verdon style. Most Nowra routes finish below the top of the crag.

She could take a small step ladder and set up the top ropes while standing on it. Remembering not to stand on the top step of the ladder for safety reasons.

I believe Highway 1 is considered the best route in Nowra.

I was on that route last week and it is currently bad news in that locality!
