But it's a Panaphonics, so fairly easy to work on.
Mine came for $50 with two dud batteries and a dodgy charger, so I'm up to $250 for a good kit (1-2 routes out of a single charge). It also cost me 30 minutes or so of strip down time to get all the ancient brick dust and crap out of the motor, but is working very well. The nice thing is that the tear down manuals are easily available online.
If I didn't already have one I'd snap this up, but I can't really justify another drill.
