i have never used wild country cams so no idea what model/how old etc, but it is in very smooth working order, with very little sling/lobe wear.

Wonderful! That's my 1.25 cam, I assume bootied from Voodoo about 3 years ago.

Thanks Alex for recovering my Castle Hill bouldering guide which got stuck on the top pitch of Lamplighter! My second was too scared to retrieve it. Could you post it back to me?

Really? Voodoo at Araps.
Is that blue plasticcy electrical tape around the shaft? Looks too similar to my markings to be a coincidence. Plus it's an unusual size.

Don't think so, I got it off a guy in yosemite who had a full set all with blue electrical tape around the shaft!

Like no one else has used blue tape to mark their gear?
If not, I must have a wire of yours that I got in a rack sort out in the States back in 95...
