Bivvies using the Australian version of Goretex are available from Plat-a-tac in camouflage colours. These are the ones used by many soldiers in the army, and have the same specifications as what you seem to be after. Check out their site: www.platatac.com and have a look. I have one of these myself, and find it very usefull in the field. NB: I have nothing to do with them, I just reckon that they'll have what your after.
