Hello everyone,

You want to progress in your climbing experience?
You want to reach a certain level?
You want to prepare for competitions?

Then I have a proposition that might have your interest!

Gym training, effort management, tight weekly schedule with exercises, increase power, learn how to stretch muscles in an effective way, learn to listen to your body, get the best out of it within the limits of your own possibilities….. These are a few aspects I can share with you.

I'm a climber from Belgium and I'm planning to stay in Melbourne and around the Grampians for about a year.

I am passionate about climbing, and since I was 18 years old, improving performance, effort management, technical aspects about the sport have been key goals for me, be it for competition or for rock climbing. To reach the level I have today, I started training in an organised and structured way. Thanks to planned sessions and regularity I made serious progress. It is not always easy, but the satisfaction comes with the results!

Besides that, I've also been focusing on the theoretical aspects of training (reading specialized books, going to conferences, talking a lot with physiotherapists, osteopaths, world class sport trainers …).

With this background, and based on my own experience, I would like to share this approach with you:
- Create training schedules, personalised to your situation and your ambitions
- Lead climbing and or bouldering
- Optimize weekly training sessions

A completely personalised training schedule for 3-4 weeks would cost you only 70$.
It will allow you to progress fast, and to develop the approach later on by yourself. It is an investment in your climbing adventure, just as it has been for me, and still is!

Hey,
Yes, back in Belgium I did a training as climber instructor (level 1), I've given climbing lessons/courses (mostly to children) for a couple of months.

Well, most folks on this forum are quite childish, so that experience should be ideal.

Shouldn't this be posted in Friday Funnies? It's funny.

Hey guys, I'm trying to find some work in something that I'm passionate about, so please if you consider that as a joke, do it somewhere else!
Show some respect...
