You've just created 9 or 10 threads when the only difference is the item for sale in each. That's a lot of noise for very little action.

Welcome to the forum Caroline.

Members here can be a little less tolerant when people sign up and only use the forum to just sell items and don't contribute to the topics outside the For Sale section.

Feel free to slide over and read through the various topics and contribute to the discussions. You will find us a mostly pleasant bunch - you just need to ignore One Day Hero's rants like the rest of us do ;-)

I'm probably just grumpy because I've had 2 weeks of holidays at home with lots of climbing plans and week one I was sick and this week I'm not so sick but the weather's rubbish.

It appears that the original poster has deleted all their posts due to the reception they received here, which is disappointing on both counts.

I saw all the original (there were actually only 5), posts, and did not consider them spam; although I agree that the content of them could have been condensed into one post.
The poster is new to Chockstone, so the multiple posts was not a big issue and would have likely self rectified with further experience on this site.

I hope the original poster returns and finds Chockstone more accommodating.

So that this thread is not orphaned and makes (some) sense, I have restored the first post, however have left the other posts rendered deleted. I also deleted 1 comment-reply by tnd in the process of cleaning up one of those threads.

The seller is basically selling personal mountaineering/climbing equipment (mostly clothing and a helmet). If that poster doesn't re-post and anyone wants to pursue the items, I suggest they contact that poster by PM, assuming they ever log-in again.
