You can buy perfectly good new ones off the shelf for about $12. I'll sell ya some for $10.

perfect, M9's right.. if you've got a few for $10 that's a good start. I'm shit at/and have not much time for slacklining, so the biners wouldn't even get a lot of use out of them hence the reluctance to buy $70 of fresh biners. A decent sized amount of webbing fell into my lap so I'd like to put that to good use.
How about a trade? Some length of 1" mil-spec sterling webbing for a few old biners... anyone? ;)
