Hi There
Im selling one of my portaledge /stances that i have built. We used it on two of our missions to the Tyndells in Tasmania. Its built from 6061 T6 and features durable polyester base. Weight 3.2kgs so great for light weight ascents.
Made similar to the same specs as the larger A5 ledges.
The size is 4ft x 2ft and folds down and will fit into large day pack.

That looks like pretty nice work. I used to work for A5 and have made a bunch of ledges. I made one slightly smaller than yours that had bent tubes on the sides so you could recline in it like a lounge chair; we determined it was too dangerous because whoever was on belay couldn't stay awake. What material and spec are the tubes? Can I see a close up of the stitching?

The tubes are 6061- t6 aircraft. 0.058" wall thickness.

Im actually building a larger one at the moment for another trip i have in mind.
Ive also built a smaller one But for hard free climbing on walls this one offers more room to chill and psyche up.
