This is probably a question for the safer cliffs section of the forum.

If you cant climb untill feb then bolting first acents of new routes is probably out of the question for you as well unfortunately.

I don't mean to be rude, but if you don't know which climbers to ask about bolting then it might be a wise idea to wait untill you are a bit more experienced before taking up the drill. In experienced bolters have left us with many poorly placed and un needed bolts.

Try googling Safer Cliffs Australia, that could be a starting point for learning about bolting.
