Plaque on Tiger Wall

I was climbing on Tiger Wall the other week and noticed a plaque to the left of Syrinx.

It was about 10m left and 5m up in a little alcove or niche.

Does anyone know what this plaque is about?

If it's 10 metres left, it sounds like the one for Richard Schmidt on The Eighth. He died along with Nick Reeves and another in an avalanche on Annapurna II or III.

there is plaque for both nick and richard in the MUMC Memorial Hut on feathertop

I think that must be it, thanks.

Checked the guide and the Eighth does cross the alcove where I saw it.
