Firstly targeting gyms or client bases didn't come into it at all - otherwise we'd build it down the road
from Climbfit, a gym with plenty of customers and a large catchment.

We looked for somewhere in the west because its hard to get to St Peters from there, its that simple
really. The Shire's not that far down the Princes Hwy, plus there's limited industrial zoning, so we ruled
it out.

We liked Villawood because its pretty easy to get to, and the building we found, the parking, the whole
package, was way better than anything else.
