I've done it (SSJ ... and Iron Cross for the record). It's easier than some other Superman problems I've done ... there are four which I haven't seen repeated

(i) jumping for the jug on the lip of Gorilla Tactics, Grampians
(ii) jumping for the big flat top on High Dive (this may well have beebn repeated, but Simey Mentz tried it and failed dismally, much laughter)
(iii) On the Superman boulder at Arapiles, jump from the back boulder to the high-high jug (Superman IV or V) - a wicked pendulum when you catch it, and finally ...
(iv) Brown Badge Direct Start, Nowra. Ignore the holds and jump to the initial jug.

In terms of danger, (ii) and (iv) are relatively safe whereas the others have both been protected with pre-clipped gear.
