I was wondering what peoples definition of onsight is? For example, if the draws were already on the route and yet you hadnt seen anyone do it or had any beta, would that be an onsight. Or what if you pulled onto the route and then downclimbed or jumped to the ground(not fallen). Or what if people yelled really really obvious beta after the crux...or even before the crux.
I havent had the last one happen to me(I would kill that guy) but I have done the first two and was wondering if I lost the onsight because of them |
