Now I'm not taking the piss out of anyone.

imo,regardless of the discipline you happen to be engaged in, but especially with climbing or any activity you need to watch how a child breathes. Breath in-stomach(core) expands, breath out- stomach(core) contracts. This method fuels not only the machine, but the computer that drives it. The clearer you can think, the more options you can see/assess.

Despite how many mono pull ups you can do, you are relying on core strength to maintain the integrity of what ever stance/hold/crimp/jam/technique you happen to be doing. The screaming part of any move is an un/concious effort on the individuals part to focus all of their energy into that instant.

Don't we all just need to LAYBACK and relax.

My liver still hurts.
