Hi Brad,
would you be interested in assisting us with a test run of the Arapiles section for the forthcoming "Best of" Victoria climbing guide?
If so I would be happy to loan you FOC our working notes and topos, maps etc in exchange for any comments / corrections you might be willing to share with us - clearly taken in written form (preferably just mark up the hard copy stuff I loan you). Not sure if you've been to Araps before but it would be useful to see what comments someone who has never been there before has on our work so far (are the maps useful, do the access notes work etc).
If that appeals get in touch with me at work on jg@diadem.com.au and we'll work out how to meet up in Melbourne before you head out to the cliff. Maybe ding out theme know when you are planning on heading out there?
PS It's going to be full colour with a colour code for the route grades (i.e green easy, blue 18-21, red 22-24, black 25+).
Regards,
Joe

We've already got someone to do that, you could just follow him around. Once he finished the guide book
though.

... but Mildredmademiserable did not take you to task like she did 'he who wrote the book'?

Or you could visit http://www.vicclimb.org.au/Site/index.php?location=shop
and order a copy of Lou's guide. It has been reproduced in an updated version with an addendum at the back. It probably has all (if not most) of the climbs that you need in it. And if you buy it, it will take the pressure of poor-old-overworked Simey, not to mention his poor underpaid boss who is swanning about OS at the moment.

He doesn't know much about the routes either, but then that's nerver stopped a guidebook editor before.
