Andrew Denton will be talking to the inimitable Mr Jon Muir. If Jon is anything like I remember him then this should be amusing and entertaining!

and he did not dissapoint. It was a very entertaining interview right from the start also highlighting some of the eccentricity of the wild man

It was an interesting interview, but not that much was said. It seemed to be more a chance to observe someone who just may have spent a little too much time in the desert (sandy and frozen). I do like the fact that he plucks his own chooks, and I'm sure a lizard does look (and probably is) tasty after a couple of weeks of not much tucker.

Best quote? After driving into Sydney peak hour traffic:: "Four million people can be wrong!"

Talking about Muirs. What has become of Bridgitte Muir? I forced my way through 'The Wind In My Hair', but I wasn't really impressed.

His lips tended to look like hell in a lot of that footage! Bright red and raw. Or was it the colour balance? Or lizard blood?

I think his lips were as cooked as the lizard...

What a space cadet. Very entertaining but the way they edit the interviews really bugs me. Everything sounds a bit disjointed.

Once again, if you went to Nati for the Frinj you would have seen lots of artworks by the likes of Pritchard, Brigitte Muir, Jane Wilkinson, Jill McLeod and others.

There was also an artwork called "One Be(a)d To The Left" which is mentioned on another thread.
