Pansies! Every body knows that re-hydration occours at 'beer o'clock' at the pub! I love warm flat coke though. It seems to obsorb better than cold and you don't get that swishy feelin' when downing 2L in one go. When I say warm, I mean room temperature or slightly above. I'm not a medic (just a paraletic) but I think it's because your body is already over-heating, and what ever you put inside your bod, doesn't have to be much cooler to feel refreshing. Just some words from an un-educated CRETIN!
