Mousey you sound like a teenage girl. You're not fat or big boned - just muscly. If you want to climb harder, climb more and harder stuff - there are plenty of muscly guys who crank hard. Of course you're always hungry - you're an active, young guy - it's perfectly normal. Starving yourself won't achieve anything, and it won't help you climb harder. Stick to carbs (pasta, rice, etc - not beer!), as you'll find they're more filling - and just eat a normal healthy diet. |
