very simply;
endurance is the muscles ability to keep fresh blood flowing through the muscle, washing out any lactic acid that has built up.
to improve endurance your muscles have to build more campiliries to allow greater blood flow, thus lengthening the time you can climb before getting pumped. there is not much muscle damage in endurance training.
so yes, training pure endurance is possible every day. but you would probably benefit heaps from the occasional rest day.
or you could just train power. the stronger you are, the less energy is required to pull the moves! easy! |
