Some of your best work there Simey... I couldn't agree more. Very difficult to see how rock can stand up to this kind of competition in the medium term without a re-think of their product. Neil and Co. (sorry but I don't know anyone else who works on the mag - Can I suggest a behind the scenes look at the people and workings of CRUX next mag... although thats a bit off topic) if you guys can keep this up in the short term you can't help but win enough market share to start paying yourself a wage, you have a far superior product on your hands.

Oh… I wouldn’t concern myself too much with the volume of advertising that you include. People won’t base their purchase decision on it. Besides, if you look at the standard international mags (not simply climbing) set you’re still well under the saturation point for a 100+ page periodical.
