Hi all - I'm guessing with Uni going back in another few weeks there would be one or two of you that are in the same situation that I'm in: looking for a place to live which is close to Uni\PT\pub

I'm 24 and going back to finish the tail end of a degree at RMIT. I'm hoping to move in to a place around the end of the month (maybe a little sooner). I'm looking around the Inner East but I'm open to pretty much anywhere that has access to public transport and isn't too far from the city. Living with other climbers would be ideal however all the usual qualifications apply... not too messy, respectful of other people’s space but ready to share a drink on Friday night etc...

I'm looking to spend around $140p/w so if there is anyone out there that’s in the same boat or, alternatively, you have a room in your place please PM me :)
