Let me start by stating that I couldn't give a flying feck whether you smoke or not.... but I have to say that
if you are going to criticise someone elses post regarding their accuracy of fact, you'd better be pretty
darn sure of your own.

Now unfortunately you seem to have a naive take on what the actual effects of smoking are as it goes a
bit further than just aerobic capability..

Blood circulation: Tendons, easily the least well supplied with blood and a common source of injury for
climbers and guess what smoking only decreases the available blood making healing take longer.

Bones: Arthritis, density loss, greater chance of fracture etc..

Dimentia ie. Parkinsons (look like elvis all the time not just at the crux)
Alzheimers (how does that tie in knot go again?)

Oh yeah almost forgot....

Cancer: take your pick you can get it just about anywhere but it'll sure as hell slow ya climbing down!

So starting out by saying that Diablo is uninformed to the point of being moronic is on reflection a little
hasty don't ya think? and asking him not to post utter bullshit? c'mon get your own house in order!
