Climbing around Melbourne

Hi.

I’m planning a trip down to Australia and Melbourn early next year. On my way down I will stop in Krabi to climb and after that continue to a wedding in Melbourne on Jan 21 2006. I find my way around in Krabi but I have no clue on where to go climbing around Melbourne. So if someone could help find me a guide it would be appreciated.

Naah, Paulie, I don't think he means bouldering on buildings ..

Andreas, check out the "Guide" section of Chockstone. Usual daytrip locations from Melbourne are: The Cathedrals (North Jawbones), Werribee Gorge, You Yangs, Camel's Hump, and of course the mighty Ben Cairn.
These are all within 2 hours drive.
Grampians and Arapiles are fantastic locations 3-4 hours drive so suitable for weekends (although I hear of day trips to the Grampians every so often ..).
