VCC meeting - Tenneriffe & other new crags

I know this is blowing my own trumpet and that's probably not cool!

but here I go anyway.

Tomorrow night I'll be giving a presentation on the development of Tenneriffe and other 'new' crags at the Gramps. Photos have been supplied by Davo Blair, Darryl McConnell, Jill Gara, Kaz Anwin and Will Monks. I have almost totally avoided using my own crappy snaps. Darryl has also provided a topo of Tenneriffe.

A lot of people seem interested in Tenneriffe but don't seem to get past the Sparrow Slabs when they visit. If you want to see more of what the crag has to offer come along. See VCC website for details if you don't know where.

...bump...

I am bringing along my newly mounted bad bolt collection tonight! Over one hundred museum quality rusted bolts and mangled hangers for everyones enjoyment. Steve, if you want to see the famous toenail painted Ben Cairn hanger then come along - maybe you can sign some autographs. Be very very afraid.
