Don't forget the profiteroles! I will be there purely for the profiteroles. If you sell out of them all and haven't saved me any, I will take my business ... oh fck, there isn't anywhere else to take my business ... all right, i will take my childish disagreeing elsewhere then...

Are you serious? There really are profiteroles? I didn't know about them!

OK, so, it's about 13 or 14 hours driving time from Sydney right?

With a bit of luck, I could make it for Friday night. But can Simey be relied upon to deliver?

Yep, we are doing the profiteroles for dessert ($7.50). If I knew what they were I might get excited too, but I haven't got the foggiest.

I love owning a cafe when I have no idea about food or what we are serving.

you're at a computer simey, you can use google.

If you've never had profiteroles, that's 44 years of your life wasted. A tragic loss.

What's new in that? You have been doing the same thing in climbing for years!

The difference in climbing is that I think I know something about it. I don't even pretend when it comes to food/wine.

I don't care what profiteroles are. As long as people out there want to buy them from us this weekend, then that is good by me.

No you save that for women, but that is OK if they are the gullible variety.
What worries me is what the Nati Rams think of your posturing on the footy field!

Has the rabbit been tenderised with a croquet mallet? ... or is it just pretending to be tender!

I can post a somewhat used croquet mallet to you if it's needed?

Long weekend cafe menu sounds good and I would definitely have dropped in for the Rabbit Pie had I been in town. As it is, I've had to make do with banana pancakes, freshly picked blackberries and maple syrup for breakfast this morning, camped beside the Liffey River in Bracknell.
